1. Risk disclaimer

No advice. We do not sell signals, manage money or provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing on this site, in the dashboard or in our emails is an offer, a solicitation or a recommendation to buy, sell or trade any instrument, or to follow any channel. A channel that performed well is not a recommendation to follow it.

Past is not future. Channels win and lose. A channel at the top of the ranking can be losing the following week: of the 20 best channels of September 2026, 11 were losing money in October. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Hypothetical results. Results come from a demo account. Unlike an actual record, they do not represent real trading with real money, and the impact of liquidity, slippage, spread widening, execution delays and the psychology of trading may be under- or over-stated. Results are shown for 0.1 lot per order, which assumes results grow in proportion to size; this may not hold in real trading. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

High risk. Trading gold, CFDs and leveraged products carries a high risk of losing all the money you put in, and with some brokers more. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Your decision. Any trading decision is yours alone and at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the service or from reliance on its data.

2. Terms of service

What we are. XAU Audit is an independent data, analytics and verification service. It records trading signals already published by third parties on public Telegram channels, executes them on its own demo account solely to measure them, and reports the results. We are not a broker, an investment firm, a portfolio manager or a financial advisor, and we hold no licence to provide investment services.

Independence. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any channel, broker or signal provider shown. No channel pays to be listed, ranked or removed. Channel names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Who can use the service. Adults in Europe. The service is not offered to residents of the United States or of any country where its use would be unlawful. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country.

Accounts. Access is personal and works on one device at a time: logging in on a new device closes the previous session. Keep your login private. One free trial per person and per email address.

Availability. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be interrupted for maintenance or because of problems at the broker, on Telegram or with our providers, without notice. Data may contain errors or delays and may be corrected or recalculated.

Changes. We may change or discontinue the service and these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

3. How we measure

The full method is on the methodology page: how signals are read and checked, how orders are opened and closed, how results and rankings are calculated, and what the trial hides.

4. Privacy

What we keep. Free trial: your email and network address only as keyed one-way fingerprints, to prevent repeated trials; the email itself is used once, to send your login. Subscribers: your email (to send your login, renewal reminders and receipts), your account, and the dates of your logins with a keyed fingerprint of your network address and a short browser description, to enforce one device at a time. Orders: the email given at checkout and the payment transaction. Blog: to count reads, a keyed fingerprint of your network address per article and per day, deleted after 2 days; only the total number of reads is kept.

How long. Unpaid orders lose their email after 30 days; login records are deleted after 90 days; trial accounts are deleted within a week.

Who else processes data. Cloudflare (network, security and the captcha), Resend (sending emails, including your login details) and the public blockchain of the coin you pay with: payments to our addresses are public by nature. We do not sell data.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to the contact address below. Deleting a subscriber account ends its access.

5. Refunds & cancellation

Immediate access. Access starts right after the payment is confirmed. At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to digital content in the EU. For this reason payments are not refundable once access has been granted.

No automatic renewal. There is no subscription to cancel: each payment buys 30 days. If you do not pay again, access simply ends. We remind you by email 3 days before.

Our mistakes. If you paid and did not receive access because of an error on our side, or you paid twice for the same period, write to us with the transaction ID: we activate the access, extend it, or send the excess back to the same address and network, minus the network fee.

Accounts closed for sharing are not refunded.

6. Payment terms

• Price: $25 for 30 days of access, paid in cryptocurrency: USDT (TRON, Ethereum, Solana), USDC (Solana), Bitcoin, Ether or Solana.
• Exact amount: each order has a unique amount, valid for 60 minutes. Send exactly that amount, on the network shown. The amount that arrives must match: if you pay from an exchange, add its withdrawal fee. Network fees are paid by the sender.
• Wrong payments: payments on another network, in another coin, to another address or for a different amount cannot be matched automatically. Write to us with the transaction ID: we try to sort it out by hand, but payments sent on the wrong network may be lost and cannot be recovered by us.
• Confirmation: access is activated when the payment is confirmed on the blockchain: usually minutes on TRON and Solana, up to an hour on Bitcoin and Ethereum.
• Price changes do not affect periods already paid.

7. Cookies

We use one cookie, only to keep you logged in. No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, no session recordings. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie for security and for the captcha.

8. Acceptable use

You may not share or resell your access, copy, scrape or republish the data or the rankings, use the data to build a competing service, attempt to bypass the trial limits or the security of the site, or use the service in breach of the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do, without refund.

9. Content & takedown

We report on signals that channels publish publicly. If you own a channel and believe something about it is inaccurate, write to us with the channel link and what is wrong: we check the record and correct real errors. We do not remove or improve a channel’s results because it asks or pays, and a channel cannot pay to be listed, ranked or removed.
